1. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • The product must be in its original condition

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us:

  • Email us at callme@thryxellaxorar.world with your order number
  • Include the reason for the return
  • We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.

5. Refund Amount

You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. In such cases, we will also refund the original shipping costs.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been opened or used
  • Items returned after 30 days from the purchase date
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence

8. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 14 business days after we've approved it, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. If the problem persists, contact us at callme@thryxellaxorar.world.

10. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with your order number and reason for exchange.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

Consumer Guarantees: Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Major Failure: A major failure occurs when:

  • The goods would not have been acquired by a reasonable consumer had they known about the failure
  • The goods are substantially unfit for their normal purpose and cannot easily be made fit within a reasonable time
  • The goods are unsafe
